TownSays lets your customers check your equipment availability and follow your booking link. Creating an account is free. Any paid service would require a separate offer and agreement.
Your business stays in control
You choose the equipment details, pickup locations, dates covered by your booking records, how often those records need checking, and your booking link. Turning on sharing lets TownSays display that information and answer availability questions through connected assistants. Turning sharing off stops future publication, but cannot take back answers customers have already seen.
Accurate answers need up-to-date records
Your business supplies or approves the records of bookings, cancellations, maintenance, late returns and other unavailable periods. If those records are missing, incomplete or out of date, TownSays cannot confirm availability. If equipment is incorrectly shown as available, we pause the affected listing while investigating.
No reservation or payment handling
The rental business handles quotes, eligibility, reservations, deposits, agreements and payments. Availability can change before a booking is confirmed. TownSays does not hold equipment when someone checks a date.
Improving the service
We assess setup effort, answer accuracy, customer connection difficulty and rental inquiries to improve the service. There is no promise of extra traffic, automatic appearance in every AI answer or increased revenue.
