Add TownSays before you ask

Your assistant account must support custom connections. Use the address below to connect TownSays, then ask about equipment that a business has chosen to share.

Check that your account or workspace allows custom connections.
Follow the ChatGPT setup instructions below to add TownSays using the connection address in Setup details.
Add TownSays to a conversation. Ask for the equipment and the dates and times you need it.

Claude

Open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
Enter the TownSays connection address from Setup details and complete the sign-in steps your account supports.
Enable TownSays in the conversation, then ask about your equipment and dates.

Ask about a rental

Include the equipment, rental business, pickup and return dates, and the local time zone. Ask when the availability was last checked.

If the records are missing or out of date, TownSays will say it cannot confirm availability. Checking a date does not reserve equipment.
